And the Outlier

This is the one I'd like to offer on if we don't see anything we like on the northwest side.  It'd be close to our friends, and the hubbins' work, and shopping, but the condo docs make the developer (also in charge of homeowner's association) sound like a certain man named Joe who liked military parades and the color red.

These people have a cat and the carpet is a little worn, so we'd have to get it cleaned or ripped up.  But everything about this place was sparkling clean and so cute.  It really is even cuter than in the pictures.



















I don't know, guys, you tell me:  is a wide-open kitchen and the promise of the cable we already have (and love) worth living under a totalitarian regime?   How much is it worth to be ten minutes from friends instead of the forty that we are now?  How does this stack up to being near ALL our favorite restaurants (as we would on the northwest side)?
